Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut syrup*
- 7 oz. fresh brewed Medaglia d'Oro® Italian Roast Espresso Coffee
- whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut**
Directions
- Step 1
POUR syrup into standard-size coffee cup. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds to warm syrup. Stir in fresh brewed espresso.
- Step 2
* A variety of flavored syrups that enhance coffee drinks are available in supermarket coffee aisles, specialty coffee houses, gourmet food stores and online.
- Step 3
TOP generously with whipped cream. Garnish with toasted coconut.
- Step 4
**To toast coconut: Spread 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut on small microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH, tossing with fork every 15 seconds, until golden brown. Remove coconut from plate immediately to prevent over browning.
