Ingredients:

  1. 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut syrup*
  2. 7 oz. fresh brewed Medaglia d'Oro® Italian Roast Espresso Coffee
  3. Whipped cream
  4. 1 tablespoon toasted coconut**

Directions:

  1. POUR syrup into standard-size coffee cup. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds to warm syrup. Stir in fresh brewed espresso.
  2. TOP generously with whipped cream. Garnish with toasted coconut.
  3. * A variety of flavored syrups that enhance coffee drinks are available in supermarket coffee aisles, specialty coffee houses, gourmet food stores and online.
  4. **To toast coconut: Spread 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut on small microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH, tossing with fork every 15 seconds, until golden brown. Remove coconut from plate immediately to prevent over browning.
