- 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut syrup*
- 7 oz. fresh brewed Medaglia d'Oro® Italian Roast Espresso Coffee
- Whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut**
- POUR syrup into standard-size coffee cup. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds to warm syrup. Stir in fresh brewed espresso.
- TOP generously with whipped cream. Garnish with toasted coconut.

- **To toast coconut: Spread 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut on small microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH, tossing with fork every 15 seconds, until golden brown. Remove coconut from plate immediately to prevent over browning.
